Returns and Refund Policy
At Body and Planet, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days] days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
